Prior to our meeting I will send you a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines, which you will fill out and e-mail me back. This information helps us to make the most of our time together.
At the consultation (in home/Skype/telephone) we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, nightwakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.
I will create an easy to follow step by step plan customized to your childs needs and personality.
The package includes 4 scheduled follow-up phone calls & e-mails support during the 21 days after our consultation to address any issues you might be having or answer any questions that come up. I will answer your emails within a buisness day.
At the end of our 3 weeks plan I will email you to check in and see how things are going and to answer any questions that you may have.
As well I will send you some further documents with advice and sugguestions about “nap transitions”,“travel tips” and how to deal with “Day Light Saving/ Time change”.
