On the 14th of December 2016, I am at “peek a boo”– Kids Club Barcelona and will give a free baby sleep seminar in English.

Many moms and dads have questions about the sleep behavior/patterns of their child and non-sleeping babies or toddlers can drive you quite a bit crazy, can’t they ?!

In this seminar, I will talk about the following:

• How do babies and toddlers sleep? What is normal and what is not?
• Why do they wake up so often and find it so hard to fall asleep again?
• Tricks and tips to teach your little ones good and healthy sleeping habits
• Questions & Answers: you can ask me everything about your concerns regarding your child’s sleep

It will be a interactive seminar. You can share your experiences and problems with other parents and see that we are all in the same boat. I will help you understand why your child does not sleep well and what to do about it.
